Dual Function: Washing & Curing
The ELEGOO Mercury XS includes both a washing station and a curing station, allowing you to efficiently clean and cure your 3D prints in one seamless process. This helps remove uncured resin and ensures optimal print quality.
360° All-Round Exposure
Equipped with adjustable L-shaped light bars, additional LED lights, and a rotating turntable, the machine provides even UV exposure at 405nm, ensuring thorough curing from all angles.
Handheld UV Lamp for Precision
For hard-to-reach areas, a handheld UV lamp is included, perfect for curing intricate details and assembled models. This results in a smoother surface and better overall quality.
Large Washing Volume
The 7000ml sealed water tank allows for the cleaning of large models or multiple parts simultaneously, saving time and boosting efficiency.
Note: For Saturn 4 and Jupiter series printers, the build platform must be removed for cleaning. Check your model’s maximum wash volume to determine if platform removal is necessary.
UV Protection Cover
The transparent cover blocks up to 99.9% of UV rays, enhancing resin solidification while protecting your eyes. The built-in safety feature automatically turns off the UV lights when the cover is removed.
Intuitive & Convenient Operation
With a simple interface and an easy-to-use control knob, you can operate the washing and curing functions effortlessly. The timer can be adjusted up to 30 minutes based on your needs.
Delivery & support
This item is dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner on behalf of Layer3D. The carrier label shows our partner’s warehouse address. Your parcel may arrive without a printed delivery note. Layer3D remains your point of contact for your order and support.
Same-day dispatch has a 12 noon cut-off on working days and is subject to stock availability, payment clearance and order processing. This is a dispatch cut-off, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is passed to Layer3D by our fulfilment partner.
Delivery is calculated using packed weight: up to 2.5kg £4.95; over 2.5kg to 5kg £6.95; over 5kg to 25kg £8.95; over 25kg to 100kg £13.95. There is no additional island surcharge for these deliveries. Orders supplied from more than one warehouse may arrive separately and incur separate delivery charges.
Any single item with a packed weight of 60kg or more requires a pallet-delivery quote before ordering. Orders over 100kg and other flagged large items also require a quote. Contact info@layer3d.org.uk so we can confirm the delivery cost.
For setup help, faults or returns, contact Layer3D first. Our supplier provides replacement parts free of charge for confirmed manufacturing defects covered by its standard warranty. This does not limit your statutory rights or other remedies available to you.
