Delivery without the guesswork
Shipping & Collection
Shop online as normal and choose an available UK delivery service during checkout. Showroom collection will become available when the Saltash showroom opens. The exact options and costs shown at checkout apply to the size, weight and contents of your basket.
Showroom collection — coming soon
Collection will be introduced when the physical Saltash showroom opens. Until then, orders placed online are delivered using the options shown at checkout.
UK delivery
Available delivery methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Larger printers, unusually heavy parcels and fragile items may need a specialist service; if that applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
3D print orders
Production time is separate from delivery time. We review uploaded files before production, then notify you when the finished order has been dispatched.
Check your delivery
Please inspect the parcel when it arrives. If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact Layer3D promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant.
