PrimaCreator FlexPlate-Powder Coated PEI
The Flexplate-Powder Coated PEI is the perfect surface to print on, it’s very durable and easy to manage. And best of all, thanks to the Flexible plate your prints will be very to remove. Just give it a small bend and the print will pop right off.
PrimaCreator FlexPlate-Powder Coated PEI is based on a ferrit core which is much more heat resistant than neodymium magnets. This FlexPlate can withstand temperatures up to 130°C without any problems, so you can even use it with ABS.
PEI Ultem (Polyetherimide) from PrimaCreator is a reusable, relatively maintenance free, build surface for both ABS (with a Heated bed) and PLA (hot or cold), other materials such as Metal, Wood, PETG, ABS+ and many others also works just fine. You don’t require any additional adhesives such as glue or tape. PEI is appealing due to its “no-surface-prep” conditions, which make it convenient to work with. Additionally, printing on PEI requires no support rafts as parts adhere directly to the surface with no issue.
Delivery & support
This item is dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner on behalf of Layer3D. The carrier label shows our partner’s warehouse address. Your parcel may arrive without a printed delivery note. Layer3D remains your point of contact for your order and support.
Same-day dispatch has a 12 noon cut-off on working days and is subject to stock availability, payment clearance and order processing. This is a dispatch cut-off, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is passed to Layer3D by our fulfilment partner.
Delivery is calculated using packed weight: up to 2.5kg £4.95; over 2.5kg to 5kg £6.95; over 5kg to 25kg £8.95; over 25kg to 100kg £13.95. There is no additional island surcharge for these deliveries. Orders supplied from more than one warehouse may arrive separately and incur separate delivery charges.
Any single item with a packed weight of 60kg or more requires a pallet-delivery quote before ordering. Orders over 100kg and other flagged large items also require a quote. Contact info@layer3d.org.uk so we can confirm the delivery cost.
For setup help, faults or returns, contact Layer3D first. Our supplier provides replacement parts free of charge for confirmed manufacturing defects covered by its standard warranty. This does not limit your statutory rights or other remedies available to you.
