PolyLite PLA-CF
Polymaker PolyLite PLA-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced PLA. The filament shares the same great printability as normal PLA plus with a smooth, matt finish.

Matte Surface Finish
PolyLite™ PLA-CF contains 8% carbon fiber by weight rendering parts with a smooth matte carbon-fiber surface finish. Carbon fiber filaments for engineering applications have an excellent finish for aesthetic models but are; typically cost-prohibitive for artistic applications, display a grainier surface finish depending on CF content and in the case of CF Nylon are more susceptible to absorbing moisture. PolyLite™ PLA-CF is an ideal choice for applications which require an easy-to-use and cost-effective filament with a smooth looking carbon fiber surface finish that hide the layers.
Easy to Print
PLA-CF features excellent dimensional accuracy and is manufactured with Polymakers Jam-Free™ technology which leads to excellent printing quality with zero risk of nozzle jams caused by heat creep [2]. PolyLite™ PLA-CF works well on most printing surfaces with a 25°C – 60°C bed and thin layer of glue stick applied.
Note: Your printer will need to be equipped with a hardened nozzle in order to print PolyLite™ PLA-CF.
Delivery & support
This item is dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner on behalf of Layer3D. The carrier label shows our partner’s warehouse address. Your parcel may arrive without a printed delivery note. Layer3D remains your point of contact for your order and support.
Same-day dispatch has a 12 noon cut-off on working days and is subject to stock availability, payment clearance and order processing. This is a dispatch cut-off, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is passed to Layer3D by our fulfilment partner.
Delivery is calculated using packed weight: up to 2.5kg £4.95; over 2.5kg to 5kg £6.95; over 5kg to 25kg £8.95; over 25kg to 100kg £13.95. There is no additional island surcharge for these deliveries. Orders supplied from more than one warehouse may arrive separately and incur separate delivery charges.
Any single item with a packed weight of 60kg or more requires a pallet-delivery quote before ordering. Orders over 100kg and other flagged large items also require a quote. Contact info@layer3d.org.uk so we can confirm the delivery cost.
For setup help, faults or returns, contact Layer3D first. Our supplier provides replacement parts free of charge for confirmed manufacturing defects covered by its standard warranty. This does not limit your statutory rights or other remedies available to you.
