Snapmaker U1 3D Printer: four-toolhead multi-colour printing
The Snapmaker U1 3D Printer uses four independent toolheads instead of repeatedly feeding different materials through one nozzle. Its SnapSwapâ„¢ system changes toolheads in around five seconds, making multi-colour and multi-material work quicker while greatly reducing purge waste.
A 270 × 270 × 270 mm build area gives the U1 useful capacity for detailed models, functional parts and small production work. CoreXY motion supports toolhead speeds up to 500 mm/s and acceleration up to 20,000 mm/s², while pressure advance, input shaping and automatic calibration help maintain clean surfaces and accurate first layers.
